Many of our times suffer from chronic pain in the lower back, but can some action be taken to reduce pain? That's what the next study tried to uncover.

If you're suffering from lower back pain, try yoga.

A new study published in the scientific journal Cochrane Library found that the practice of yoga would significantly help treat lower back pain. (Recognize the many benefits of yoga)

This infection varies among individuals, but the study defines chronic back pain as pain that affects the lower back and upper back area for more than three months. The study indicated that this pain may affect humans as a result of certain diseases, but most cases remain unknown, with very limited treatment options.

Researchers reviewed previous studies on the subject, finding that the practice of yoga helped reduce lower back pain in the first 6-12 months than it did at all, but that improvement was also limited.

Researchers from the study stressed that there was an urgent need for further studies on the subject and for in-depth research into the relationship between yoga and lower back pain by targeting a large group of participants with a view to determining the long-term impact of the relationship.

According to the researchers, not only does yoga benefit the lower back area, but there are several benefits associated with doing it, such as reducing high blood pressure, slowing the acceleration of the heart's pulse, eliminating depression and improving mood and psychosis.
