6 Strasbourg sausages
1 puff pastry ready to unroll
1 egg yolk
1 tsp mustard
Preparation
Prepare the puff pastry and sausages.
Cut the puff pastry into strips about 1cm wide.
Roll up the sausages, leaving a space at the top. This is the place where you will make the eyes.
Preheat your oven to 200°C.
Place your sausages on a baking sheet.
Place them in the oven for 10 minutes at 200°C, until they do. Let cool.
With the sauce of your choice (mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup...) make your eyes.
