Real chocolate in pieces, real cream, milk and, apotheosis, Chamallow! It's Christmas, it's winter, we don't deprive ourselves of anything!
Ingredients for 1 person
75 g chocolate in pieces
2 spoons of powdered sugar
20 cl of milk
30 cl liquid cream
Chamallows®
Preparation
Break the chocolate into pieces, put it in a saucepan with the milk and 20 cl of liquid cream.
Heat and mix well with a whisk, then add the sugar. Let it heat for 3 minutes, let it be hot!
Gently place a large chamallow and let it melt...
Variant: beat with an electric whisk the remaining 10 cl of liquid cream to obtain a whipped cream, to be placed on the surface of the chocolate.
