for which we use Paracetamol ?

Paracetamol is the most widely used molecule in morrocco On the other hand, paracetamol has no anti-inflammatory action.

If paracetamol is widely used, it is because it has few contraindications and side effects as long as the dosages and dosage are respected. It can also be given to children. However, caution must be exercised since the abuse of paracetamol is dangerous, especially during pregnancy when it can harm the child by lowering testosterone levels.

On the other hand, paracetamol is used for its effectiveness against a large number of pains of medium or low intensity, whether acute or chronic. It is even recommended as a first-line treatment for migraine, especially as it can be delivered without a medical prescription.

Paracetamol acts directly on the central nervous system. Some studies indicate that it inhibits the production of prostaglandins, molecules that are involved in the mechanism of pain sensation and body temperature (fever) elevation. On the other hand, other studies estimate that paracetamol acts at the level of serotoninergic receptors, serotonin being the hormone involved in the regulation of body temperature and pain, among other things. Paracetamol is believed to activate neurons carrying these receptors, which then become capable of inhibiting pain pathways.
