This cake is super light and melting, it is very pleasant and as it is very little sweet, you can have fun without feeling guilty! I had never put oatmeal in my cakes and I am not disappointed with the result, it is a great discovery for me!
I discovered this recipe on the site of pleasure and balance on the occasion of the challenge between bloggers of the month of October on apples!
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 50 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs

- 3 or 4 apples (depending on size)
- 1 large banana
- 30g oatmeal
- 30g maïzena
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 50 ml of milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Unfolding of the recipe:
- 1/ Preheat your oven to 165°C.
- 2/ In a container, beat your eggs with the sugar.
- 3/ Add the corn, yeast, and oatmeal and mix again.
- 4/ Pour the milk while continuing to mix.
- 5/ Peel the banana and crush it. Stir it into the dough and mix.
- 6/ Peel your apples and cut them into thin strips then gently incorporate them into the dough. There is more fruit than dough, it's normal!
