LIGHT APPLE AND OATMEAL CAKE

This cake is super light and melting, it is very pleasant and as it is very little sweet, you can have fun without feeling guilty! I had never put oatmeal in my cakes and I am not disappointed with the result, it is a great discovery for me!

LIGHT APPLE AND OATMEAL CAKE

Choose a small mold so that there is enough thickness!
I discovered this recipe on the site of pleasure and balance on the occasion of the challenge between bloggers of the month of October on apples!
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 50 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 40g brown sugar
  • 3 or 4 apples (depending on size)
  • 1 large banana
  • 30g oatmeal
  • 30g maïzena
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 50 ml of milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Unfolding of the recipe:

  • 1/ Preheat your oven to 165°C.
  • 2/ In a container, beat your eggs with the sugar.
  • 3/ Add the corn, yeast, and oatmeal and mix again.
  • 4/ Pour the milk while continuing to mix.
  • 5/ Peel the banana and crush it. Stir it into the dough and mix.
  • 6/ Peel your apples and cut them into thin strips then gently incorporate them into the dough. There is more fruit than dough, it's normal!
  • 7/ Pour the dough into your mold and bake for 50 to 55 minutes. Check the cooking with a knife.
