Slimming: 6 burger recipes ... without burger bread!

 

Who has never enjoyed a good burger before? Those from fast food are not bad, but they are still better when they are homemade and their bread!


1/6 - Avocado burger with smoked salmon.

Cut 1 avocado in 2, remove the core, then peel it, removing the flesh. Cut the salmon slices into strips. Spread one of the halves with the cream cheese, place the salmon strips on the other. Assemble the burger and sprinkle it with sesame seeds.




2/6 - Eggplant burger.

Cut 1 eggplant into slices and place them on a baking sheet. Salt, pepper, oil, then add 1 pinch of oregano and mozzarella slices on top. Place in the oven for 20 min at 200 ° C. Start with an eggplant base, add on top of the mozzarella slices, a slice of eggplant, hummus, sundried tomatoes, mozzarella slices. Finish with a slice of eggplant and sprinkle with sesame.

3/6 - Sweet potato burger.

Peel and cut 1 sweet potato into slices. Brush them with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 °. In a frying pan, brown 1 onion and 2 steaks. Take out the potato rings and assemble your burger with a slice of sweet potato, goat cheese with herbs, a salad leaf, a slice of tomato, the onions, the steak, and a slice of sweet potato.




4/6 - Sushi-style burger.

Cook the rice, drain it, and let cool. Pour 10 cl of salty soy sauce into a deep plate. Cut 1 raw salmon steak into thin slices and marinate in soy sauce.
