Cook 75g of white quinoa and 75g of red quinoa as indicated on their bag. Mix 100 g of cut red onion, 200 g of tomatoes, 100 g of beans, 100 g of corn kernels, 2 avocados cut into strips, 100 g of carrot cut into spaghetti.
