How to activate your hormones in 3 days and lose weight

Did you know that your hormones are responsible for how you think, look, and feel?

Indeed, a woman with balanced hormones is optimistic, she feels strong and can count on a good memory. If you don't recognize yourself in this description, your hormones are probably out of balance.

Through this article, we offer you a 3-day diet that will balance your hormones, stabilize your blood sugar, help you lose weight, and optimize your digestion.

Balanced hormones allow women to feel energetic without the need to consume caffeine. In addition, they fall asleep easily and enjoy a better quality of sleep.

Hormones promote a breast diet and help keep the line. Hair and skin are healthier and emotions are managed more serenely. As for sexuality, women are more active and menstruation follows its natural cycles.

Currently, millions of women suffer from hormonal imbalances. The good news is that there are natural ways to rebalance hormones.

The hormonal balance is based on a system called the three-legged stool and which concerns these 3 body systems:

  • Digestion
  • The liver (for detoxification)
  • Sugar Balance

Like a three-legged stool, you will only be able to sit comfortably and serenely when the three legs of the stool are firmly in place.

If one of the feet was too short, too thin, or simply missing, you would lose your balance.

Find out how to build a solid foundation to feel the benefits of a balanced program in 3 days.

The goal of this program is to ultimately facilitate your digestion, help the liver detoxify, and keep your blood sugar levels at a balanced level.

The 3-day hormonal diet

When you wake up:

  • Drink apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

Increasing the acidity of your stomach is very important if you want to start the day well.

Indeed, by increasing the acidity of your stomach and starting your digestion you will be able to absorb a maximum of nutrients contained in the foods you are about to eat.

Paradoxically, acid reflux is a sign of low gastric acidity and not excessive stomach acid.

According to Dr. Jonathan V. Wright, tests of people over forty with heartburn show that 9 times out of 10 these people have insufficient acid production by the stomach.

Therefore, it is important to start the day well by increasing the acidity of the stomach. For this, you can dilute 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar or lemon juice, and freshly squeezed lime in warm water.

To be clearer, stomach acid is essential for the breakdown of nutrients.

This will allow the digestion and absorption of essential trace elements such as zinc, iron, copper, magnesium, calcium, selenium, and vitamins B3 and B12.

These trace elements and vitamins are necessary for the glands to produce hormones. In addition, stomach acid helps the pancreas produce bile and enzymes needed for the digestion and absorption of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats.

Conversely, an inability to properly digest fats can be responsible for lowering cholesterol levels and consequently lead to an imbalance of sex hormones such as estrogen, progesterone, cortisol, DHEA, or testosterone.

Stomach acid is also essential for sterilizing the stomach, which helps eliminate pathogens from food and prevents the proliferation of fungi and bacteria.

Breakfast:

  • Have a PLF breakfast (protein, fat, and fiber)

If you have had the opportunity to travel around the world, you have surely found that breakfasts can be very different depending on the continent you are on.

Unfortunately, it is only in Western countries that we eat too much sugar.

If your sugar balance is disturbed it is because you must feel shaky or in a bad mood when you are hungry.

You must crave carbohydrates and be constantly hungry even after eating.

Hypoglycemia or hyperglycemia are scourges for hormonal balance because they cause systemic inflammation.

This has the effect of making cell receptors less efficient by not allowing them to receive hormones.

High blood sugar increases testosterone (risk of facial hair, sterility, belly fat) and estrogen dominance (PMS, fibroids, and endometriosis) by depleting the adrenal glands that regulate blood sugar and produce stress hormones.

The first meal of the day should contain protein, fat, and fiber. Women who follow this breakfast format do not feel a need to snack before breakfast.

They can easily reduce calories from sugar and don't need caffeine for energy in the afternoon.

You are free to choose your breakfast, but make sure it contains healthy protein, a healthy form of fat, and fiber.

After breakfast:

  • Tulsi

Forget the coffee and try Tulsi tea also known as holy basil. It is an Ayurvedic tea that will help nourish your adrenal glands. You can buy this tea in supermarkets or in bulk format online.

Soak 2 teaspoons in hot water for 10 to 15 minutes as an herbal tea. If you must drink coffee, take it after a meal, but never on an empty stomach.

Lunch:

  • Cruciferous and detoxifier vegetables

Cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, collard greens, kale, or arugula contain DIM (Di-indolyl-methane) which helps the liver protect itself from metabolized hormones that can cause damage.

When eating out, avoid gluten and dairy products that you can find in a sandwich and choose a fresh salad made with arugula or kale instead.

Remember to listen to your body anyway because if salad is not enough, you will probably need an extra protein intake such as free-range chicken or wild salmon.

You can also add beets and carrots that help produce more progesterone and bind antagonistic metabolites of estrogen.

Detox salad of beets and carrots:

Ingredients, Salad

  • 2 cups peeled and crushed raw beets
  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • 1 cup chopped raw nuts
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped flat parsley

Ingredients, Dressing

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • The zest of an orange
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method:

  • To make the salad, in a large bowl, combine all the ingredients of the salad.
  • To make the vinaigrette, put in a jar all the ingredients of the vinaigrette. Close the lid and shake until everything is well-mixed.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and mix until it is well-coated.
  • Serve at room temperature or refrigerated. Keeps well in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

Lunch:

  • Eat early and light
Eating dinner late while eating fatty, heavy, and difficult-to-digest foods will not give you a deep and restful sleep.

Sleep is as important as your diet if you want to balance your hormones. Your body cells regenerate and your liver detoxifies only if you get quality sleep.

Try not to eat after 6:30 p.m. Unless you are traveling or in the evening with friends. Find your own rhythm by experimenting with an early, low-calorie dinner.

Soup is an excellent ally because it requires little effort to prepare and is easy to digest.

Take herbal tea before bed, this will help your hormones stabilize:

  • Fresh ginger with a slice of lemon (including rind), which soothes the intestines
  • Dandelion root tea, a liver tonic
  • Fennel tea promotes digestion
  • Chamomile and mugwort, help calm the body before bedtime
  • Ashwagandha Latte: an adaptogen that can help you fall asleep
Do not eat sugar before bed because a dessert at the end of the day can cause sugar spikes and difficulty falling asleep between 1am and 3am.

If you follow this program for 3 days adapting it to your needs and tastes, then you will begin to feel a radical change in your health.
